Course Description | This seminar explores U.S. social policy across education, housing, health, poverty, and economic development. With a practitioner orientation, the course emphasizes policy design, implementation, equity, and evaluation. Students learn to produce actionable policy briefs and proposals grounded in evidence, institutions, and political real-world contexts. |
