Topics include capital alternatives, confidentiality, meeting analysis, finalizing agreements, and shareholder alternatives. The course requires the design of a venture that contains multiple approaches for investment. Workshop exercises cover methods of negotiating initial investment, management control, and forecasted return-on-investment. |
