Course Description | An examination of technology as a crucial aspect of the operation of most businesses. The first part of the course focuses on the structuring and planning of technology projects and investments as well as the analysis of financial returns and their impact on the productivity of the larger organization. The second part of the course focuses on the connections between technology and product development, marketing, and the positioning of an organization in its external environment. |
