Course Description | This course provides an integrated overview of nonprofit management, emphasizing how vision and strategy align across functional areas to advance an organization’s mission. Students will explore key topics including governance, finance, accountability, talent strategy, marketing, and communications. The course equips students with practical tools to assess mission alignment, design inclusive cultures, apply financial and risk management principles, develop fundraising and communication strategies, and evaluate impact and growth potential in nonprofit settings. |
