| Course Description | The goal of the course is for students to develop an understanding of how the various functional areas of a nonprofit, guided by vision and strategy, interconnect to help a nonprofit organization make progress toward achieving its mission. Students will also explore strategic planning, strategic management, building a strong and inclusive organizational culture, and managing organizational change. Lectures, class discussion, case studies, and group presentations provide students with a platform for exploring key issues raised during the course.  |
