Course Description | In this course, students will acquire an understanding of Latin America’s principal environmental issues, focusing on the challenges related to the management of natural resources. To that end, using an economic framework, case studies will be discussed to understand policy and economic instruments applied by the state and decentralized solutions implemented in the region. |
