Course Description | Educational Psychology is a survey course that focuses on research-based concepts and principles of human learning, development, motivation, and cognition, and how that information is applied to the field of education. The implications of psychological theory for educational research and practice will be discussed. Current views of educational issues in childhood will be examined with an emphasis on the complex interaction between social, cognitive, behavioral and societal factors involved in education. |
