The course includes introduction to the fundamental concepts and components of survey design, the development of research questions and hypotheses, and guidelines for decision-making regarding various phases of a study. Students will become familiar with the pre-field and data collection activities inherent in survey research; and master the art and science of writing knowledge, attitude, and behavior questions.
