| Course Description | This is the second in a series of three full-time clinical education experiences. Students in good academic standing, who have satisfactorily completed all first and second year coursework are assigned to a clinical center for a 10-week full time clinical experience. This clinical experience provides students with an opportunity to further develop skills used in the First Clinical Education Experience and to practice new skills in a direct patient care environment. A diversity of clinical placement sites is available including more specialized types of practice settings. It is recommended that students give an in-service or case study presentation in partial fulfillment of the requirements of this experience. |
