Course Description | This elective is offered to students who have an interest in vestibular rehabilitation and wish an introduction to this emerging field of clinical expertise. The vestibular rehabilitation course introduces the student to signs and symptoms of vestibular dysfunction. Assessment techniques, types of recovery, and interventions directed toward the different types of dysfunction (e.g. otolithic, canalithic, and mechanical) are introduced to and practiced. |
