Course Description | This is the third in a series of four clinical education seminars designed to prepare students for their full-time clinical education experiences. This course offers an opportunity to reflect on the challenges and highlights of the first clinical education experience. Facilitated discussions address topics such as initiative, communication and problem solving in clinical scenarios. Expectations for the Clinical Education II experience are discussed. Students are introduced to the practice sites available for Clinical Education II and participate in the placement process. Students set individualized goals and fulfill clinical site prerequisites. |
