Course Description | This course is a continuation of Seminar I. Using the DNP Competencies in Comprehensive Care as the framework, students will analyze clinical decision-making and utilization of evidence for best clinical practices in a variety of mental health settings. Clinical appraisal and critique of challenging cases from the practice environment will facilitate the students’ application of the knowledge base and skills essential to the role of the psychiatric nurse practitioner. |
