| Course Description | This course expands upon foundational knowledge of biophysical health problems to provide a comprehensive understanding of medical-surgical nursing care for adults. The course integrates biopsychosocial sciences, epidemiology, and nursing sciences to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across the health-illness continuum. Students will develop critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and interprofessional collaboration skills to ensure safe, high-quality, and equitable care within the context of the person, family, and community. |
