Course Description | This upper-level lecture course will introduce students to the development of the nervous system. Topics will include: the formation of nerve cells, their migration, axonal pathfinding, and synapse formation. The course will discuss how these processes are influenced by experience, and various roles they play in neurodevelopmental disorders. |
