Course Description | Leadership & Management of Nonprofits is designed to provide students with a broad understanding of how nonprofit organizations function, including ways in which the various functional areas of a nonprofit interconnect to achieve its mission and vision. We will address the skills and knowledge needed to lead and manage the operations and programs of an organization as well as work effectively with organizational stakeholders including governing boards, staff, partners and program recipients. |
