| Course Description | As the world is going through a period of rapid social, geopolitical, economic, environmental, legal and technological change, business leaders need to better prepare for the future and make strategic decisions under high levels of uncertainty. This course will teach you the art and science of Strategic Foresight, with a particular focus on digital transformation and AI. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, teamwork, group discussions, and guest lectures, we will examine the impact of AI -- or any other technology or disruptive development – on business and society, and learn to anticipate future developments as well as actively influence future outcomes through strategic planning. |
