Course Description | This course is focused on how organizations change, and how to be a change agent in an organization. It emphasizes the forces for change, the change implementation process, the qualities and skills of successful change agents, and the behavioral theory of how individuals and organizations change. Finally, it will help students better diagnose the organizations they will be entering in terms of the change agenda for them and for the company and help prepare them for their role as implementers and agents of change. Attendance at first class is mandatory for all enrolled students, as well as those on a waitlist or who hope to add the class during add/drop. |
