Course Description

This course on Leading Organizational Transformation (LOT) is for those aspiring to lead organizational change and as well as those that aspire to be Chief Transformation Officers during their careers. During times of immense global, technological, and cultural change, organizational leaders are consistently being called on to not only adapt to change, but to lead it.

Whether or not you aspire to be a CTO someday, having the skills and competencies of one is invaluable whether you wish to start your own company, buy a business and run it, acquire a company, or lead an established organization. CTOs are critical because they act as they stand in the gap between a company's future vision and its current operational reality. While most C-suite leaders are incentivized to protect their specific domains—i.e., the CFO, the COO, etc, it is the mandate of the CTO and other change leaders to disrupt the status quo. The best CTOs can be arbiters who break down functional silos, reallocate resources from stagnant legacy projects to high-growth initiatives, and navigate emotional resistance that change surfaces for employees.
