Course Description

This course provides students with concrete lessons and experiences on the practice of leadership in the context of global challenges. In today's volatile environment, leaders must develop the skills to make sound decisions, design well-informed public policies, and achieve effective implementation through management and political negotiation. Drawing on real-world experience, the course examines contemporary global challenges, including geopolitics, inequality, climate change, taxation, economic development, and public health. Students will develop practical tools and strategies for policy leadership while exploring the interconnected nature of these issues and the political support required to implement effective solutions.
