Course Description | This course offers an overview of foundational law and policy concepts related to information technologies and freedom of expression, and major policy debates about the role and regulation of information intermediaries in democracies. While U.S. law and policy will be the main focus of our discussions, we will also consider approaches to regulation taken by other global power centers, including the European Union. |
