Course Description | This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the issues, opportunities, and challenges in advancing public policy to support the clean energy transi5on in the United States. Students will examine the US energy landscape, emerging pathways for a decarbonized energy system, and opportunities for government action. The course will address the interaction of policy and policies in setting clean energy policy, as well as policy, political, and stakeholder engagement necessary for policy success. The course will equip students with the tools to develop and communicate energy policy recommendations and participate as advocates in the policy process. The course welcomes students of all na5onali5es and perspectives to encourage lively and engaged explora5on of clean energy policy challenges and approaches. |
