| Course Description | Design of a CMOS mixed-signal integrated circuit. The class divides up into teams to work on mixed-signal integrated circuit designs. The chips are fabricated to be tested the following term. Lectures cover use of computer-aided design tools, design issues specific to the projects, and chip integration issues. This course shares lectures with E4350, but the complexity requirements of integrated circuits are higher. |
