Biological data analysis for genomic, transcriptomic, and metagenomic data, using bioinformatics tools and pipelines for problems such as for sequence alignment, variant calling, and RNA-seq analysis. Topics include data processing, public database usage, genome assembly, metagenomic classification, and ethical considerations in genomics. |
