Course Description | Introduction to computer graphics. Topics include 3D viewing and projections, geometric modeling using spline curves, graphics systems such as OpenGL, lighting and shading, and global illumination. Significant implementation is required: the final project involves writing an interactive 3D video game in OpenGL. Due to significant overlap in content, only one of COMS 4160 or Barnard COMS 3160BC may be taken for credit. |
