Course Description | For all first year Ph.D. students. Provides a unified curriculum that covers many of the topics that students need to know to successfully carry out research in biological sciences. Topics include basic biochemical principles, processes common to all eukaryotic cells such as transcription, translation and the cell cycle, and mechanism of cell-cell signaling. |
