Course Description | This course will provide an in-depth discussion of state-of-the-art methodological concepts and approaches for analysis of molecular data, with a focus on sequencing data. The course will touch upon a variety of topics related to computational genomics and biology, including mathematical modeling of infectious diseases, cancer genomics, and protein molecular modeling. The course will comprise of frontal and guest lectures, as well as presentation of research papers by students. |
