Course Description | Introduction to management of complex underground transportation projects with a focus on design and construction of different types of tunnel, including cut and cover tunnel, mechanized tunneling, and immersed tube tunnel. Review of multidisciplinary aspects of transportation projects including: mechanical, civil, environmental, electrical engineering, project controls, community outreach, and real estate acquisition. |
