| Course Description | This course will widen the issues of scientific thinking and scientific habits of mind developed in Frontiers to include societal level applications of communicating science and utilizing it appropriately for policy decisions. The course will endeavor to help students understand the current debates around science informing policy. Science for Future Leaders is a course for those who want to understand how we can use scientific information and scientific-style critical thinking to deliberate better together in any situation - and, ideally, help each other build a better world. |
